How many years in the fire service?
I am currently working on getting on the St. Louis City Fire Department. My father is a City firefighter and I am a fire buff/photographer. I am also taking the second part of my NREMT test soon!
About Me:
I am 22 years old and from St. Louis, Missouri. I have been photographing and taking video of fires for about 4 years now but my dad used to take me on fires before he was on the department. So i guess buffing is in my blood. and so is firefighting.

glad to see that you have the scanner up and running. i live and work in centralia,il and my scanner doesn't pick up STL. used to live in the metroeast and always listened to STL. good luck on the job. stay safe scott wiesen

Ben, well keep up the nice work. Sorry to hear you didn't pass the test I will be willing to bet you will get it next time. Are you going to rolla for school or just to volunteer. B/c I might be able to get you in some place my way if you are interested. A lot closer than Rolla. I finished everything for the testing and am 48 which is 3 or 4 now after the first class went through so I am pretty excited about that. They are saying maybe July for the next class so we shall see. Keep up the great camera work. Jeff
